Position Overview: As the Boba Café Manager at GoBoba, you will oversee the daily operations of our cafe, ensuring that both our team and our customers have exceptional experiences. You’ll be responsible for managing staff, maintaining quality standards, and driving the success of our boba tea offerings.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

  • Supervise and support the baristas and other staff, providing guidance and ensuring they perform their roles effectively.
  • Schedule shifts, manage payroll, and handle any staffing issues.
  • Lead by example, promoting a positive and productive work environment.

Operations Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes.
  • Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships to ensure that all ingredients and supplies are available.
  • Ensure that all equipment is maintained and functioning properly.

Customer Experience:

  • Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring that all orders meet quality expectations.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues, working to resolve them quickly and satisfactorily.
  • Monitor online reviews and feedback, using it to improve services and offerings.

Quality Control:

  • Ensure that all beverages are prepared to GoBoba’s quality standards.
  • Implement and monitor health and safety protocols in the cloud kitchen.
  • Regularly review and update menu offerings to keep up with trends and customer preferences.

Marketing and Growth:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Engage with the community and foster relationships that drive business.

Training and Development:

  • Train new employees and provide ongoing development opportunities for the team.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and integrate new techniques and ideas into the café’s offerings.
  • Encourage creativity and innovation within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing a café, restaurant, or similar environment.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to manage inventory, budgets, and financial records.
