Responsibilities:
Boba Beverage Crafting:
- Assist in preparing a variety of boba tea drinks, following recipes and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Support the creation of new boba tea combinations by experimenting with flavors and ingredients.
Order Fulfillment:
- Prepare and package orders quickly and accurately for delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the delivery team to ensure orders are timely and meet customer expectations.
Quality Assurance:
- Help maintain consistency and quality in drink preparation.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure ingredients are fresh and available.
Cleanliness and Organization:
- Keep the kitchen workspace clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in maintaining and cleaning boba-making equipment.
Training and Development:
- Stay updated on the latest boba tea trends and participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills.
- Learn and grow within the role, with opportunities to advance.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a cafe is a plus, but not required.
- Passion for boba tea and a willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
